Since the late 1990’s, Cook Inletkeeper's Citizens' Environmental Monitoring Program (CEMP) has collected data from water flowing into the Cook Inlet with help from an army of volunteers. The group now has a collection of data they believe will, for the first time, offer a definitive picture of water quality for the Kachemak Bay and Anchor River Watersheds.
