CLIMATE CHANGE POLICY
RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GOVERNOR

The Climate Action for Alaska Leadership Team was created by Administrative Order 298 on October 31, 2017. The Walker-Mallott Administration tasked the team’s 21 members with creating climate change policy recommendations and a recommended climate action plan for Alaska.

The Leadership team delivered a complete plan to the Governor in September 2018, only to have the entire project swiftly removed from official State websites after the election of Governor Dunleavy on Nov. 6 2018.

If our elected leaders won't share official climate action plans - than we will - you can download the documents and learn more here.>>>

SIGN THE PETITION to the Governor

ADD YOUR NAME to demand that Alaska Governor Mike Dunleavy return the Climate Change Task Force information and action plan documents to the official state website.

There is no debate. Our national reports read loud and clear: Alaska is warming faster than the rest of the planet and the cost of doing nothing grows every day. Alaska should be a leader addressing this crisis, not avoiding it.

Gov. Dunleavy denies climate science, but Alaskans know better. Add your name to demand Gov. Dunleavy do the right thing and return the Climate Change Task Force website to Alaskans.
