Aaron Ford

Aaron was born on coastal Salish ancestral land in Western Washington. After years of living, studying, and working abroad, he was eager to put down roots somewhere unique. He threw a few darts at the map, decided Tikahtnu was the place, and settled in the Homer area. The local community and natural surroundings give him strength when the going gets tough. As a Community Organizer with Inletkeeper, he hopes to give back, build, and protect the community with his friends and neighbors. Aaron loves to raise animals, cultivate a garden for food and medicine, and above all, to sit and wander through the beautiful world we share. You can find him on a hill, engrossed in a book or playing music to a flock of ducks.
