Climate Smart Homes

Federal funding provided through the Inflation Reduction Act and administered by The Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) will create a rebate program for Alaskans to make critical electrical upgrades to their homes. The program is expected to launch in early 2025 and will provide nearly $40 million to fund energy efficiency upgrades for home owners and tenants.
